At Parallel Management Group, we’ve created what we call Specialty Programs – innovative programs within each of our communities that better the lives of our residents, families, and colleagues.  These trademarked programs truly enhance the overall reason why someone would choose one of our communities – to live, work or partner with.  Here are a few examples of our Specialty Programs:

A dementia diagnosis is similar to a fingerprint: it’s unique to each person and family. It leaves a different impression on us all. Our memory care team is here to walk with our residents and families on this journey with JOY, MEANING, PARTNERSHIP and CONFIDENCE. Our specialized care settings and life enrichment activities were all intentionally built for our memory care residents to thrive. Our highly trained and experienced dementia care specialists ensure care is tailored to each residents’ specific needs.

Combines innovative strategies & therapies with practical everyday approaches to help our residents become the best version of themselves! Our restorative program, we focus on five principles REHABILITATION, EDUCATION, NUTRITION, ENRICHMENT, WELLNESS, that will support and coach residents toward achieving their greatest potential.

Residents relish in a one-of-a-kind dining experience in our restaurant-style dining room, with chef-prepared meals served anytime between 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. Open dining is all about resident choice and creating memorable dining experience for residents and guest.
